The Hotel on the Park Cheltenham
This hotel is a luxury hotel located on the edge of one of pitville park just outside Cheltenham town centre, within easy walk of the shops and many restaurants in Cheltenham. The website describes this hotel as
"One of Cheltenham's most elegant Luxury Cotswold Hotels, offering an oasis of calm in the business and touring centre of the Cotswolds. Our hotel in Cheltenham is situated close to the centre of the beautifully preserved Regency town."
A nice touch of this hotel is that you can book a room and also hire a Morgan to use while you stay.....nice!

The Queens Hotel Cheltenham
This hotel seems on appearance to have a long and prestigious history, but over its latest period operating as a hotel it seems to have not keep up some of the prestige it may once have held.
The Hotel describes its self below
"Mercure Cheltenham Queens hotel is an elegant 4 star hotel in Cheltenham with 70 rooms. Located next to the Imperial Gardens, your hotel booking puts you in central Cheltenham. The contemporary rooms have internet access and are all air conditioned. Napier Restaurant serves traditional and modern British cuisine and the Gold Cup Bar welcomes you for pre- or after-dinner drinks. The largest of the 3 meeting spaces welcomes up to 100 guests for meetings or weddings. Onsite parking is available."
They seem to be part of the Mercure chain so do not have there own website but a single page on the main Mercure website

Reviews are mixed as well, Trip Advisor gives it 3.5 out of 5 and ranks at 7 out of 14 for hotels in Cheltenham.

The Cheltenham Townhouse is so close to everything Cheltenham has to offer that you can take more time to relax and enjoy our lovely hotel.

My Favourite Cooking Shop in Cheltenham
This is my favourite cooking shop in Cheltenham by far, it is located in the Montpelier area of the town. The shop is called Kitchener cookware and stocks a massive amount of kitchen goods ranging from kitchen utensils to large kitchen items, below is the description from there website.
We have a lovely shop located on the Promenade in Cheltenham just opposite the famous Queen's hotel. Our shop is full of character and charm and is well known in the town. We carry many more items in the shop than we show on this site so why not pay a visit to the beautiful Spa town of Cheltenham, take a walk along the Promenade and pop into Kitchener for a browse around. You are bound to find something you like. www.kitchenercookware.com
